Auction Settlement Packet

VanDerBrink Auctions wants to make sure that you understand all the expenses and show all income that relates to your auction. The auction settlement packet is a summary of the auction. The packet provides the seller a full disclosure of all expenses, commissions, buyers, and profit from the auction and the most important thing - the check!.

Contents of the Auction Settlement Packet:

1. List of buyers and their information

2. Computerized listing of items sold, buyers and what they purchased, sale order, and settlement summary.

3. Inventory listing (when applicable)

4. Copy of the signed contract

5. Auction balance sheet showing all Income and expenses related to the auction and shows the Adjusted Auction Proceeds

6. Sale highlights and/or pictures. VanDerBrink Auctions will put the pictures that we have on file onto a CD for you to keep.

7. Copies of Invoices for advertisements and applicable copies of the adds, if available.

8. Invoices for rentals/workforce if applicable.

9. Copies of Bill of Sales for vehicles and titles if applicable

10. VanDerBrink Auctions will work with you on payment arrangements. We work hard to settle our sales and get you paid as quickly as possible.
