Online Bidding
The auction is a wild event and every auction is different. The auction is the "True" great selling experience and you never know what will happen. The auctioneer is skilled at working the crowd and the bid. That competition can spark some pretty wild outcomes. There is nothing like being at a live auction, but if you are unable to attend VanDerBrink Auctions for some of our auctions, will offer on-line bidding. At VanDerBrink Auctions we utilize www.liveauctioneers.com and/or www.ebayliveauctions.com for our auctions that offer On-Line Bidding. This service is not available on all auctions. This service gives bidders the chance to participate in our auctions. Whether you're down the street or around the globe, this service opens the door for you to bid. This service also brings the world to our seller's auction and provides more exposure and more competitive bidding and hopefully a higher selling price.
How does On-Line Bidding work?
 You must register for the auction through www.ebayliveauctions.com and/or www.liveauctioneers.com. You will be approved to bid if you fill out the registration. You may be immediately approved or I will approve you. If you do not comply with all terms, do not pay, or cause problems, you will be given negative feedback and BLOCKED for life for all VanDerBrink Auctions. This is at VanDerBrink Auction's discretion and you will not receive any notice - it will not be reversed. - You watch or find the item that you are interesting in bidding on and place your maximum bid with eBay Live Auctions and let the computer bid for you while you are away. We will invoice you if you are the winning bidder and then call you to arrange payment and shipping or pickup arrangements.You can also log into the auction LIVE day of sale at the start time. You will follow along the auction and bid against bidders live at the location. If you log into the auction live, you will see the lot currently being sold "on-site". You will see the numbers changing that reflect the bids currently on the item. You have one button that allows you to bid. You keep hitting this button till you win the item. If you are the high bid, or last bid, you are the winner. Once you are awarded high bid you are responsible for all your purchases. There are no exceptions. All sales are FINAL. You may call VanDerBrink Auctions with any questions and we will do our best to get your answers and help you with your bidding process. We will also work hard to provide you with pictures and information that will be posted to the lot prior to bidding and posting. At times, the lots will have more information added or changed to their descriptions. You are responsible for reading all this information. At times, some lots will not be available or removed from on-line bidders. This is at the auctioneer's discretion. This may be due to something that is noted on the item and was not disclosed to on-line bidders prior to the auction. The auctioneer's decision is final. If you are logged in live during the auction, some of these messages may be provided to bidders during the bidding. You will not be able to phone in during sale day. All questions must be answered prior to auction. You, as a bidder, should read all the information and look at all pictures available and decide if this information is accurate, and if this item is something you want to buy. We work hard to get you information on items, but you, ultimately, are to make your own determinations as to accuracy of information and validity of the items being offered.
- If you are successful, and are the highest bidder, we will invoice you and call to make arrangements to get your purchase to you. Payment is required in full immediately after the auction. Payments accepted are credit card, money wire, and bank certified check. Sorry, NO CASH on pickup or PayPal.
- There is a fee for this service. You will be charged a Buyer's Premium according to the total. Shipping is at your expense. We'll work with you to ensure you receive your item.
- VanDerBrink Auctions at times will provide shipping for some items. This will be noted in the item's description. This service will be charged to you for actual shipping costs. There is ground service by truck, UPS, and US Postal Service. You can also come and pick up your item in person. All purchases made be paid in FULL before shipping or pick up. Removal times are indicated in the descriptions - all location of items being sold is also in each individual description. Please read all details closely.
