Absentee BiddingVanDerBrink Auctions wants to work with you to give you every possible avenue for you to participate in our auctions. If you're unable to attend an auction and/or unable to bid online, you can still submit your bid. You can submit your bid with the an Absentee Bid form. We will bid competitively on your behalf up to your maximum bid. If the item sells for less than your maximum bid, that is what you pay for the item plus applicable fees, if any. For example, if you submit a bid for $10,000, and the item sells for $9,500 that is what you pay, plus any applicable fees. If you are the successful high bidder, we will contact you to arrange payment and shipping. All shipping is at the buyer's expense. Absentee bids are not guaranteed. A Buyer's Premium MAY apply for Absentee Bids. Phone bidding is also available if arrangements are made prior to auction with VanDerBrink Auctions. Absentee bids must be submitted by email 7 days prior to auction date or faxed one week prior to auction date. If you choose to mail the bid it, too, must be received one week prior to auction date.
